Mr. Kosinski is an adjunct Professor at the Florida Atlantic University School of Architecture where he teaches Architecture and Urban Design Studios, and Site Planning. Kosinski has been guest lecturer at the Yale University Divinity School featuring his designs of worship spaces.
Kosinski Architecture Inc. is recipient of a number of awards including being published in “Florida 100”, Award for Design Excellence for the Restoration, Renovation, and Addition to the St. James Cathedral, Orlando, Florida by the Interfaith Federation of Religion, Art, and Architecture, and several awards by the American Institute of Architects. The State Historic Preservation Office of the Connecticut Historical Commission has determined that Kosinski Architecture meets the professional requirements for Historical Architect as described in The Secretary of the Interior’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualifications Standards.
Kosinski Architecture’s portfolio spans a variety of building types, including religious, residential, educational, mixed -use, and resort projects. The scope of its work ranges from single-family residences to multi-block, urban development and redevelopment properties. The
firm is focused on creating inspired spaces and quality built environments within clients’ budgets and parameters. Kosinski has extensive experience working with individual clients, institutional design committees, facility department heads and real estate developers. Kosinski’s work employs both modern and traditional idioms, providing skillful responses to program and technical requirements, regardless of stylistic genres. The firm avoids slavish reproductions of the past and focuses on the essence of what it believes makes architecture inspired and functional.
